Having received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School in 2003, Attorney Haskell embarked on his legal journey by serving under the Honorable Dee Drell in the United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana. During this time period of 2003-2004, Haskell successfully passed the bar exams for both California and Louisiana — two of the toughest in the nation.
Following his federal clerkship, Haskell was recruited by one of the South's most distinguished boutique class action defense firms. There, he navigated through the complex waters of an antitrust lawsuit that involved 19 prominent international banks and also managed litigation arising from the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
His journey then led him to California in 2006, where he aligned with the world’s foremost employment litigation defense firm. There, Attorney Haskell soon found himself defending a roster of high-profile clients including the likes of Disney, Olive Garden, and General Electric.
